1. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery time depends on location, generally 5–7 business days within India.

• Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

• Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

2. Collection / Self Pick-Up

• Currently, we offer home delivery through our trusted courier partners.

• If you wish to collect your order directly from our store/workshop, please contact us at 📞 +91 9718147424 before placing the order.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied:

• Return Request: Must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Earrings and customized jewellery (due to hygiene and personalization reasons).

• Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

• In case of damaged/defective products, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you want to exchange your product for a different design, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.
