Shipping Policy

At Heer Jewellry, we strive to deliver your favourite jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days across India.

  • Remote or rural locations may take a little longer depending on courier service.

  • Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are correct for smooth delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹249.

  • A small delivery fee may apply for orders below ₹249 or for COD (Cash on Delivery) services.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes only.

  • The delivery partner may contact you before delivery — please keep exact cash ready.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track your order using the link provided.

6. Delivery Delays

  • Heer Jewellry is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us — we’ll help resolve it quickly.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
