Return & Exchange Policy – Heer Jewellry

At Heer Jewellry, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each of our jewellery pieces is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and exchange process under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customized or personalized jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share unboxing photos/videos and your order details via email at support@heerjewellry.com.

• Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• You can request an exchange for a different product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Email us at support@heerjewellry.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

• Our team will share the pickup details or return address.

• Pack the product securely and hand it over to our courier partner.

Shipping Policy – Heer Jewellry

At Heer Jewellry, we ensure that your precious jewellery reaches you safely, quickly, and beautifully packed.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take 3–5 additional days for crafting.

• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Metro Cities (India): 2–5 business days

• Other Locations (India): 5–8 business days

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally (coming soon).

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your parcel in real time.

5. Packaging

Each item is carefully packed in a Heer Jewellry branded box, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition — ready to gift or wear!
